Why we exist
The traditional mental healthcare system is reactive. It waits for you to recognize you're struggling, research providers, navigate insurance, sit on a 6-week waitlist, and hope the clinician turns out to be a good fit. By the time care begins, the struggle has often deepened.
We founded OpenCove because licensed therapists — real humans — are still the most powerful intervention in mental health. Our job is to remove every barrier between a person and a great clinician. We built ZenX to support that mission: matching people faster, maintaining progress between sessions, and ensuring no one falls through the cracks between appointments.

Trust is our currency. If members don't trust us to protect their data, they won't use the tools. Privacy isn't an afterthought; it dictates our architecture.
Built for real communities.
We aren't building a generic service. We hire therapists with specific expertise — in student pressures, workplace burnout, fleet worker isolation — and we're opening physical clinics in Texas, Florida, and New Mexico so care is never more than a drive away.
