How it works
Measure, plan, support, repeat.
Prevention works when it's continuous. Here's what being an OpenCove member looks like.
Retest in six months. See what's changing, and why.
- STEP 01
Assessment
Your first appointment is a 60-minute video consultation that builds a whole-person baseline: your history and goals, sleep and stress, movement and strength, and family context.
- STEP 02
Your plan
Your clinicians agree one prevention plan with you. It sets out which disciplines you'll work with, how often, and what you're measuring.
- STEP 03
Your care team
You see licensed therapists and physiotherapists by telehealth in Texas, Florida, Colorado and New Mexico, with physicians joining as Medicine opens. They share one record, so you never repeat your story.
- STEP 04
Daily support
Between visits, the OpenCove app gives you check-ins, reminders and home programs. Changes you report are flagged to your care team.
- STEP 05
Re-measure
Regular reviews compare where you are with your baseline. Your plan adjusts based on what's working.
How it works
How testing works.
- STEP 01
Join the waitlist.
We'll let you know when testing opens in your state.
- STEP 02
Get your blood drawn.
At a partner lab near you, or with a mobile phlebotomist at home or work.
- STEP 03
Review your results.
A physician reviews your panel, then you go through it together on a video call. [RESULTS TIMING]
- STEP 04
Get one plan.
Your results shape a plan across mind, body and medicine, with therapy and physio when you need them.
- STEP 05
Retest in six months.
See what's changing, and why, and adjust your plan.
